A terrier in silhouette, picked out with cubic zirconia.

Made from 925 sterling silver with a rhodium layer. Each pair weighs 1.5 grams and fastens with a butterfly clasp.

The rhodium layer stops the silver tarnishing and keeps the shine longer. The silver is nickel-free, lead-free and cadmium-free to European standards — hypoallergenic, and comfortable for most sensitive ears.

Animal studs usually come in plated brass; these are sterling silver underneath, which is why they cost more and why they do not mark the ear. We carry the same breed gold plated and a plain silver version without stones. They arrive in a free jewellery box with a polishing cloth.
