Dispute Resolution:

Legal Jurisdiction:

If mediation is unsuccessful, any dispute or claim arising from or relating to the use of our website or the purchase of our products shall be governed by Dutch law. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands for the resolution of any such disputes.

Consumer Dispute Resolution:

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have additional rights under EU law. In the event of a dispute, you may also have the option to utilize online dispute resolution (ODR) platforms provided by the European Commission. These platforms aim to facilitate the resolution of disputes between consumers and online merchants without the need for court proceedings.
