Made from 925 sterling silver, plated with 18 karat gold. Each pair weighs 1.4 grams and fastens with a butterfly clasp.

The silver is nickel-free, lead-free and cadmium-free to European standards — hypoallergenic, and comfortable for most sensitive ears.

The black-on-gold contrast keeps them from disappearing against darker clothing, which is often the problem with plain gold studs. They arrive in a free jewellery box with a polishing cloth.
